- Access and Use:
Personal Workspaces: Access to personal workspaces is granted upon signing this agreement and completing payment. Workspaces are available for the duration of the selected membership period. Coworking Space: Access to the coworking space is granted on a firstcome, first-served basis during the designated operating hours (specify hours). Reservations can be made in advance for a fee. Either for a 12 or 24 hour window.
Personal Workspace Time Shift: Requests for time shifts within a personal workspace membership must be made in writing at least [specify notice period] days prior to the desired start date. Additional fees may apply. Time shifts paid for must be strictly adhered to.
Note: Provision of AC service is paid for (however will only become available at PHED supply)
Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited: Smoking, vaping, or consuming alcohol or illegal substances within the premises. Bringing disruptive guests or pets. Loud or offensive behavior. Misuse of equipment or property. Downloading or using illegal software or content. Any activity that violates local laws or regulations.
- Internet Access: We provide internet access as a courtesy service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity as we rely solely on the services of the tier 1 service providers. Clients are expected to provide two (2) network adapters on which a primary and a backup link will be provisioned. In case of downtimes, we will not be held liable for any downtime occurring on the links. Cases requiring escalation can be attended to via phone calls during work hours only (8am-5pm) and offpeak times (5pm-7pm) only. All other complaints will be attended on a next day basis. Clients acknowledge that reliance on internet access for their work is at their own risk, and we shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from network disruptions.
- Equipment and Belongings: Clients are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. We are liable not for any loss or damage to personal items. Any damage caused to our equipment by client negligence or misuse will be charged to the client for repair or replacement. Personalizing desks with notes, stickers, or decorations is strictly prohibited (Except payment is made for a 24-hour service personal office space). Desks must be maintained in a clean and professional condition. Leaving personal belongings at desks at close of shift is not permitted. or during extended absences is not permitted. (This is only allowed if payment is made for a 24-hour usage).
- Payment and Cancellation: Payment for all memberships and services is due in advance. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 5 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of memberships.
- General Provisions: We reserve the right to terminate any membership or access to the premises at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary. Clients are responsible for adhering to all safety regulations and fire evacuation procedures. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and us. Any modifications or amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Please note that during your subscription period, you may be assigned different spaces within our facility as needed. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service and support.
- Call Center Activity: Our workspace is shared with call center agents who make frequent phone calls. If you’re considering renting our space, please be aware of the following: Call Center Activity Frequent phone calls will be made by call center agents Noise levels may vary due to call volume and conversations Calls may be made during regular business hours and possibly beyond.
No Tolerance: Disrespect towards our staff will result in immediate termination of rental agreement.
